Designed by Bates Smart & developed by Leighton, 177 Pacific Highway, will set a new benchmark for office buildings in North Sydney. The landmark development will redefine the North Sydney CBD skyline and feature just under 40,000sqm of commercial space across 30 levels.

CMS supplied Quick Flex DALI structured cabling throughout the building, helping it achieve its efficiency target of 5-Star Greenstar & NABERS rating.
