The Harbour City Centre Annex was a neglected building for many years. The building redevelopment was a three-year project to strengthen, restore and refurbish the Heritage-listed Building in Wellington (NZ).

FNZ is now the proud tenants of a premium new home for their 250 staff. The stunning new fit-out is an open environment with no privacy screens and generous clusters of soft seating to encourage activity-based working.

Our talented project partners Herriot Melhuish O’neil architects interior work for this project made the shortlist for the Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects Local Architecture Awards, 2020!

CMS was able to contribute a range of power solutions to FNZ workspace. Athena power rails have been fitted to desktops so staff can conveniently power up their devices. To complement the open-plan workspace CMS cirqlate and wire grid cable management systems have been integrated into each workspace to keep cables tidy and organised.
