Xsquared Architects were commissioned to refurbish The Lands Building at 134 Macquarie Street. All 11 floors of the office building were redesigned for the Department of Primary Industries Parks, Water and the Environment. Due to an increased number of staff the client required more workstations for the new office fit-out.

Electric sit-to-stand workstations were procured from our client UCI. The new workstations have the latest technology and ergonomics. CMS supplied Athena power rails equipped with USB-C charging to the desktops to provide staff with a power and charging solution to charge their devices. To keep cables around the workspaces well managed and out of sight Cirqlon series umbilical was fitted from the floor to the ceiling and Trax series umbilical for the height-adjustable desktops to the floor. CMS softwiring system connectors were also used for safe and time effective installation.
