500 Bourke St is one of Melbourne’s iconic commercial buildings. Located on Level 15, 500 Bourke St is PFK’s Melbourne office. PFK is an accounting firm that delivers a range of solutions to clients locally, nationally, and globally.

We recently had an opportunity to work on an exciting fit-out for PFK Melbourne. For this project, CMS collaborated with Framework and PFK to deliver power solutions that support a hybrid working model and flexible workspaces.

CMS products that were provided for the fit-out were:

– CMS Engage – To accommodate for a hybrid working model, CMS Engage was installed. With CMS Engage, employees can effortlessly reserve their workstation through the user-friendly booking app. For easy check-in and check-outs, the RFID check-in method was implemented, where employees can seamlessly tap in and out. As part of the CMS Engage installation, our Echo Trio Engage was installed for convenient access to personal power and fast charging.

– Freedom Portable USB Charger – to provide power for a flexible training space, our Freedom Portable USB Charger was selected for convenience and fast charging.

– Executive Box – in addressing the need for power charging within the shared lobby (500 Bourke, Ground Level), our executive box was chosen due to the lid’s ability to be veneered matching the high-end joinery.
