Auckland Council – The Hub

Located at 6-8 Munroe Lane Albany North Shore stands a cutting-edge six-story office building which will be mostly occupied by Auckland Council as their Northern Hub. Distinguished by its remarkable environmental credentials, the building boasts both a 5-Star Greenstar and a 5-star NABERS rating, highlighting its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. For this project, CMS Electracom partnered with Bishman Electrical.

As part of the fit-out, CMS Electracom Dali Quickflex – ‘intelligent lighting control’ was installed throughout the whole building. Designed with efficiency for users and environmental stewardship in mind, DALI Quickflex aligns perfectly with the building’s Green Star Rating.
 
Brisbane CBD Training Office

We recently worked on an exciting fit-out at a Training Office in Brisbane CBD. To accommodate for agile and modular spaces, we supplied multiple Retractable Elevates in each training room, allowing for an easy connection to table power modules.  Our Echo Trio with Dual GPO and USB A/C was also installed for personal power and fast charging.

For the fit-out of this project, we collaborated with Incorporate Space, Maxwell Penhey Architects, Interior Engineering, and Keece Commercial Electricians.
