Project Profiles

The Quantum Terminal, Sydney

CMS is proud to partner with Innerspace, JLL and CIP Construct to deliver flexible power and fast charging capabilities for the Quantum Terminal fit out in Sydney. Our products were selected due to their flexibility, ease of use and functionality. For convenient access to power and fast USB-C charging our Elevate, Echo Trio and Accede were implemented for the fit out.

Kiwi Rail – Millennium Centre, New Zealand

New Zealand’s leading rail transport service, KiwiRail, recently moved its office to the Millennium Centre hub. Spanning across two levels at 4,500m², the new office was designed to enhance collaboration and inter-team connectivity. For this project, CMS partnered with Aspect and Vidak to deliver a new office fit out.

Our softwiring and Athena power rails were installed for convenient access to personal power and fast charging. For sustainability and energy management, Engage was installed.

Menara IQ TRX, Malaysia 

Last year, HSBC Malaysia relocated to Malaysia’s first international financial district at Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). Standing at 492 meters, the tower is Southeast Asia’s tallest tower. For this project CMS was delighted to have partnered with Haworth Malaysia for this new office fit. For this project we supplied Athena power rails for personal power and USB fast charging.
