2021 was a year of innovation for CMS, we are proud to have successfully launched several workplace charging, portable-power and smart technology products. Highlighted by Engage, our first integrated software
and smart hardware system.
With development starting in 2018, Engage enables seamless space-booking and employee check-in via mobile app, paired with powerful hardware to supply energy and occupancy analytics.
Now, as we look forward to a much-needed break, we would like to take this opportunity to say a warm thankyou, to you our clients and partners for your enduring loyalty and perseverance through the challenges and the triumphs that 2021 presented, and we look forward to returning stronger to bring the best CMS has to offer in 2022 and beyond.

Rio Tinto – Brisbane Queensland
The Midtown Centre is the newest Brisbane headquarters for Rio Tinto. The Midtown Centre, a state-of-the-art commercial building, is a product of two merged skyscrapers offering 46,000sqm of office space with some of the largest floor plates in Brisbane’s CBD.
Perigon and Schiavello QLD partnered with CMS for both base build and fit-out for this project. As part of the fit-out, Rio Tinto required power reticulation for workstations, as well as custom floor box solutions. Athena Power Rails were implemented above the desks to provide personal power and USB-A/C Fast charging, and Titan floor boxes were delivered for easy access to power.
Warner Media – Singapore
Located in the Solaris at Fusionopolis, Warner Media’s new office covers 40,000 square feet across two floors. The new space was designed by ID21 and includes a post-COVID and flexible work environment.
VCOP partnered with CMS for the fit-out for this project, Athena Power Rails were implemented above the desks to provide personal power and USB-C Fast charging. Centra and Alpha below desk units were implemented below the desk to bring soft-wired power outlets for fixed items like monitors and desktop computers.
