Parliament Square in Hobart Tasmania is a landmark site, located directly behind the historic Parliament House and connecting both the city and the waterfront. Parliament Square was redeveloped to include a new premium office building, boutique hotel and specialty food & beverage and retail outlets.

Parliament Square will become a dynamic community hub, a destination for locals and visitors alike to relax in and enjoy. The design vision is to create a new urban form that carefully integrates its existing heritage fabric with the character of Hobart.

Collaborating with award winning FJMT Architects, Design 5, BSH Electrical and Aspect Interiors, CMS supplied a full range of solutions including:

• Affinity In-desk boxes were used to deliver compact and concealed power and USB fast charge needs in the building’s workstations.
• 5 Pole base and lead were used throughout the premises to compliment intelligent lighting.
