In the heart of North Sydney, the “Zurich Tower” will stand as Zurich Australia’s new 20,000-square-metre headquarters. With spectacular views across Sydney Harbour, and an iconic FJMT design, the 29-story tower will be a distinctive landmark on the North Sydney skyline.

CMS work on both the electrical in the floor and ceiling, as well and the power/technology in the furniture integration. CMS’ Quick Flex DALI Structured Cabling was specified due to its flexibility in lead lengths to accommodate for the requirements set out by Electrical Consultant NDY.

CMS Titan Floor boxes were also selected to deliver Power & Soft wiring starters into the floor to suit the requirements for a tile recess to maintain a consistent look throughout the floorspace. A range of CMS plastic and stainless finished grommets were also supplied throughout to supply easy access of power to cleaners as well as soft-seating areas.

Lastly, Athena Power Rails were selected to compliment UniFor’s furniture fit-out, supplying convenient above-desk access to power and 60W USB-C PD fast charging for laptops and mobile devices.
