Warranty & Returns

CMS Electracom products are covered by a
12 month standard product warranty with an additional 12 month (total 2 years) electrical warranty for applicable products.

• Warranty period commences from the date of purchase.
• The warranty is valid against any defects caused by faulty components or workmanship.
• CMS shall, at its own option repair/replace any product found to be defective by its inspection.
• CMS Electracom’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product only.
• The warranty does not cover any other fees, charges, loss of income, damage to other equipment or payment to third parties including cost of shipping back or on site labour.

How to make a warranty claim?
Contact CMS, setting out full details of any defect in any product & return goods (at own expense) to the nominated CMS Office.
